By downloading, installing, or using the Kundli Milan mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you ("User," "you") and Sigma Tech India ("Company," "we," "our," "us").
Kundli Milan is an AI-powered Vedic compatibility analysis application. The App analyzes marriage compatibility using Vedic principles, classical Indian texts, and artificial intelligence across 100+ parameters and 45+ specialized calculation engines.
Kundli Milan is a tool for informational and educational purposes only. The compatibility reports generated by the App are based on Vedic principles and computational analysis. They do not constitute professional advice of any kind, and should not be the sole basis for any life decisions.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement. If you are under 18, you must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
You agree to use the App only for its intended purpose and in compliance with all applicable laws. You agree not to:
The App, including its calculation engines, algorithms, user interface, design, graphics, text, and all other content, is the exclusive property of Sigma Tech India and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not grant you any ownership rights in the App.
Certain features of the App may require a paid subscription or one-time purchase. All payments are processed through the respective app store (Google Play Store or Apple App Store).

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we handle your data. Key commitment: birth details entered into the App are processed in memory only and are never stored on any server.
The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Compatibility reports are generated using Vedic principles and AI analysis. They represent one analytical framework and should be considered alongside your own judgment and, where appropriate, professional counsel.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Sigma Tech India shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data or use, arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.
In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you have paid to us for the App in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Sigma Tech India, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in connection with your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
Upon termination, your license to use the App is immediately revoked. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including, without limitation, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnification) shall survive.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
